
I completed 13 hours or intermittent fasting last night. Lepas minum protein di gym pukul 9.45 malam, aku stop consume makanan (air kosong saja) sampai pukul 12 esok pagi.
Waktu nak tidur tu memang lapar. I placed a pack of Snickers next to my pillow just in case, but I had the perseverance to not touch it before bed. (Esoknya aku habiskan jugak).

Intermittent fasting Salah satu cara untuk kekal sihat. Alhamdulillah. Kalau ada kekuatan slowly untuk puasa on Monday and Thursday pulak. Keep it up En Hazman. Terima kasih atas perkongsian.
